Musical Director and Conductor for the children's opera "Brundibar"

Performing Arts Department/ Masquers Guild Play:"Brundibar" Friday - Sunday November 14 -16 In BRUNDIBAR, a brother and sister join forces with some talking animals and a throng of children to outwit the sinister organ grinder, Brundibar, and earn enough money to buy milk for their sick mother. Performed 55 times by the children of the Terezin concentration camp, this inspiring work proved to be a powerful protest against the Nazis and continues to provide the timeless message that good can overcome evil. Performances are at the James and Betty Hall Theatre Friday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday November 15 at 2:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m.. $10 admission, $5 for seniors 65 and over/DCC staff/outside students, and free for DCC students.
